QCM Rapid Testing COVID

If you suspect that you’ve come into contact with someone with COVID-19 or you’re exhibiting symptoms, we now offer an FDA Approved Under An Emergency Use Authorization (“EUA”) COVID-19 Rapid Test.*

Sample collection and testing are done on-site, giving you a diagnosis in as little as 15 minutes, even if you’re asymptomatic (not showing symptoms). The test is 100% covered by insurance or $50.00 for self-pay. Tests are available in limited quantities.

A Visit is Required Before a COVID-19 Rapid Test

You’ll need to schedule a visit before your COVID-19 Rapid Test via Telemedicine for a self-pay of $49, or drop by your nearest location for an office visit for $90. This fee doesn’t include the cost of the test. Most insurance plans are also accepted.

Please note: Telemedicine appointments need to be scheduled and completed before you go to the office for a COVID-19 Rapid Test. Click here to schedule a Telemedicine appointment.

It’s important that we all work together to help mitigate the spread of this virus. By knowing your status, you can help prevent friends, family, and neighbors, including those with compromised immunity, from getting sick.

*The COVID-19 Rapid test is FDA approved under an Emergency Use Authorization (“EUA”). Negative test results do not eliminate the potential of Coronavirus infection. Therefore, a PCR laboratory test is recommended. Most accurate results are obtained when tested within 5 days from the start of symptoms.
