1. How much is a flu shot at Quick Care Med?

• Seasonal Vaccine: $35.00

If you have medical insurance or Medicare Part B, your flu shot may be free. Copayments may be required depending on your plan.

2. How long does it take for the flu shot to work?

It generally takes two weeks for your flu shot to offer protection from the influenza virus. That’s why it’s important to be prepared for flu season, which typically runs from October to May and peaking in the winter months of December through February.

3. What steps are you taking to ensure patient safety during COVID-19?

We are taking every precaution available to us to ensure your health and safety, including

• Social distancing practices in our waiting room and the option to wait in your car

• A strict disinfecting regimen for all common areas and in our examination rooms after each patient visit

• A rule that requires all patients to wear a mask before being admitted to the office

The entire staff was very caring. I had my toddler with me and she was a bit rowdy and they gave her crayons with coloring pages and stickers and even a lollipop to help keep her occupied.

My son scribbled on a piece of paper and handed it to one of the woman in the front, saying that is say how his ears hurt, she accepted it and posted it on the artwork wall, when the PA came in to see him he was made to feel like a big deal because he had known about the paper.
